Mentor Programs

To be successful in any field, aspiring leaders require role models and guidance. DTF Foundation is poise to help young leaders starting a career in any field including healthcare with that guidance by job shadowing its Founder and CEO, Dr. D. Terrence Foster. Dr. Foster believes mentoring young healthcare professionals gives him the extraordinary opportunity to facilitate a protege's personal and professional growth by sharing his knowledge learned through years of training and experience.

DTF Foundation will also pair young professionals in other career fields with Mentors. This may be healthcare, engineering, accounting, business, information technology, law enforcement, and many others.

We at the DTF Foundation believes mentoring young professionals gives them an extraordinary opportunity to facilitate a protege's personal and professional growth by sharing  knowledge learned through years of training and experience. In general, any professional who has developed levels of skill and experience in their field, can contribute to the development of someone who has an interest in that area.

We believe mentoring benefits the Mentee in various ways such as, enhance their skills, create a legacy that has a lasting impact on the Mentee and their respective field, and develop and retain talented professionals in various organizations.

We encourage you to volunteer and become a Mentor!
