Adopt-A-Clinic Program – Yallahs Health Centre, St. Thomas, Jamaica
In keeping with our mission, the D Terrence Foster Foundation Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the government of Jamaica, the Ministry of Health and Wellness, to adopt the Yallahs Health Centre under the Adopt-A-Clinic Program. The Adopt-A-Clinic Program is a strategic initiative that seeks to proactively leverage the philanthropic support of the private sector and diaspora to play a critical role in improving the provision and access to Primary Health Care in Jamaica.
As requirement of the Program, the Foundation will be donating J$1,000,000 per year over a 3-year period. The cash &/or kind will be used to:
Aesthetically enhance community health centre and improved working and patient care environment
Enhanced social and economic development of the community
Building the foundation for improved quality of life
We encourage our St. Thomas parishioners, families, and friends to come on board and be a part of this exciting and well needed upgrade of the Yallahs Health Centre. Please hit the DONATE button now and make your cash contribution. For any in kind items, please contact us at 201-543-3361.
